A: If customer fined that the item is not the same as actual picture, not as the same as the description, defective product and broken (Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the parcel), the replacement will be effective.
B: If client want to cancel the order without any quality issue, the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee* per returned item. And the product should be returned in unused condition and original packing.
(Restocking fees amount USD 50 which order price below USD 500, USD 100 which order price over USD 500.) C: We will not take the responsibility about the parcel signed by others. You are suggested to contact your local post office for more after the tracking number being sent to you.
